Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We take pride in our handmade creations and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully:

1. Returns:

  • We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging, unworn, unused and unwashed with all tags attached.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at almeidadesigncompany@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact your bank or credit card company.

2. Refunds:

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges:

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

4. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item. Please include a photo of the damage or defect in the email, with your name and order number in the subject bar. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs depending on the damages.

5. Exceptions:

  • Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

6. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item.
