Important Information for Customers

Thank you for considering our Custom Epoxy Tumblers, elegantly coated in epoxy and glitter, available with your choice of custom vinyl, decals or names.

Custom Orders:
For complete customization, please contact me prior to placing your order. Once we finalize a design, I will inform you of the potential processing time and other details. If you are ordering in bulk for your business, please reach out to me before placing your online order.

Holiday Shipping Notice:
Please be aware that orders placed on or after November 17 cannot be guaranteed for delivery by Christmas.

Processing Times:
Current processing times for tumblers are approximately 2-4 weeks. While most orders are shipped before the projected shipping date, please allow the full processing time for your shipment.

Order Cancellation:
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled for any reason unless initiated by me.

Order Accuracy:
Please double-check all names for spelling accuracy, as no changes can be made once your order is submitted. Ensure that your shipping address and personalization details are correct prior to purchasing. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Product Variability:
Each item shown in my shop is a unique creation, and while I strive for consistency, minor imperfections may occur due to the handmade nature of my products. Please note that no two items will be identical.

Shipping Responsibility:
Once an item is shipped, I cannot be held responsible for shipping times or any issues related to the delivery address. If you encounter issues, please contact USPS to file a claim using the tracking information provided.

Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 24 hours of delivery, including a picture of the item and its packaging.

Care Instructions:
This product is handmade and should be treated with care. Hand wash only; it is not microwave or dishwasher safe. Avoid leaving it in hot environments or direct sunlight, and please handle it gently to prevent drops.

Epoxy Yellowing:
For white tumblers or those with large white areas, please note that epoxy may yellow over time. While I use a UV-resistant epoxy and Hyperion products to slow this process, yellowing is inevitable. To prolong the clarity of your tumbler, keep it out of direct sunlight as much as possible.

Please remember that the processing and shipping time for each order is 2-4 weeks. If you encounter any issues, do not hesitate to contact me before leaving a review.
